Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
At the Moment, we cannot process any exanches. If you would like to order a different color or item, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, have not been washed, with the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note that we inspect each and every return and if your product is not in their original condition we will reject your refund.
To complete your return, we require you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a Return Authorization form that you need to fill out and send with the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All returns are subject to inspection and and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet of the requirements stated above. If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a product back this is not in its original condition we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund. The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days to process your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a shipping label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
