Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only sell inside the United States, however, we are working on our international shipping and we will be able to ship worldwide soon, so stay tune! If you live in India, you can shop our products at Amazon.in
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we cannot process exchanges. If you would like to order a different product, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED, WITH THE TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Note that we inspect each and every return and if your product is not in their original condition we will reject your refund
To complete your return, we require you to send an email to returns@amilliardi.com and we will send you a Return Authorization form that you need to fill out and send with the item.Â
We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.Â
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a shipping label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I already returned my item, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
All returns are subject to inspection and and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet of the requirements stated above. The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
