Yes, Dr Brown's 8 oz tall bottles fit in the front insulated pockets and in the 2 inside insulated pockets.

Is it waterproof?
Our diaper bag is water resistant, meaning that it is able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely. Your items will be kept safe and dry from light rain or accidental spills but if the bag is fully submerged in water then the ability to resist penetration stops there. Not only does the material resists water penetration but water does not harm the material whatsoever, it's completely safe!

Yes, 360 sippy cups fit in the 2 inside insulated pockets.

Can you fit Comotomo bottles in the front insulated pocket?
The Comotomo bottles are made of silicone, which makes it difficult to fit into the insulated pockets located at the front pocket of the bag. However, you will be able to fit these type of bottles in the inside pockets of our diaper bags, that are also insulated pockets.
